Changes or cancellations - summer 2024

For the summer 2024 season we have flexible cancellation terms, and you may cancel your stay without any cost up until 7 days before your arrival date. For cancellations after this date you only pay for the first night of your stay, regardless of the duration of your stay. If you'd like to cancel your booking you can do so by clicking the link you receive with your booking confirmation, or by reaching out to us by e-mail.

General terms and conditions

1. Check-in: Open from 15:00 on the arrival day. Contact us if you're arriving early, and we'll do our best to help you out.
   
   
2. Check-out: By 11:00 on departure day. Your lugagge is welcome to spend some extra hours at the hotel while you're exploring the neighborhood.
   
   
3. Payment: The costs for your stay and any suppelements are due for payment upon check-out. We accept payment by card only, and can process most major debit and credit cards.
   
   
4. Dogs: Planning to take your dog out hiking? No problem, we have a few rooms where your four-legged companion is welcome to stay with you – for an added one-time cleaning fee at NOK 300 per stay. Dogs are not allowed in the common areas. Please contact us by e-mail to check capacity before booking.
   
   
5. House rules: As our guest you must read and comply with our applicable house rules, which are made to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay.
   
   
6. Liability in case of damage: If you, for some strange reason, feel like being really irresponsible and cause damage to our house or inventory you must pay for any reparations and other costs in relation to the damage you've caused. This rule does obviously not apply for accidents (read: shit happens).
