Skjøld is a spacious, yellow corner room on the first floor, with a view to the mountains Grindane and Bergsfjellet (Skjøld). Comfortable beds. This room is located by the road, and you might hear some passing traffic.
The name
This room is named after Skjøld, the highest point on the Bergsfjell (Bergs mountain) range of mountains. The hike to Skjøld is quite easy, but the view from the top is unforgettable - with the lake Vangsmjøsa 1100 meters below and the Jotunheimen tops in the horizon.
