Skutshødn is a spacious double room on the first floor, in a light turquoise colour with comfortable beds. Fantastic view to the lake and the mountains Skutshødn and Vennis on the other side of the lake. The perfect room if you intend to stay for a while.
The name
Named after the mountain Skutshødn which is the left of the two mountains when you look out yur window. The mountain was called Skutshødn as the locals heard sounds from the wind and special weather conditions, that they associated to shots (skut)
