Our restaurant offer panoramic view to the lake Vangsmjøsa and the fantastic mountains to the north. Every day, we serve breakfast and dinner for our hotel guests in our panorama restaurant. Fom Thursday to Saturday we occasionally open up for dinner for other guests as well. We inform you about the dates on Facebook.
Our kitchen is managed by a small team who take pride in finding local food which they prepare and serve in new, creative ways. We grow a lot of the vegetables and herbs we use in our own garden.
Our food philosophy: Local, fresh food with a twist
Mountain trout, fresh vegetables and meat from happy animals on local farms. This is what we wish to serve our hungry guests. Our style is casual. With carefully chosen ingredients which we prepare with that little extra to ensure that our guests leave the restaurant with a full stomach and a smile.
8-10 am
Mountain breakfast
Every morning, we serve the hotel's mountain breakfast, with freshly baked bread, fresh jam, egg, local cheese and meat.
2-5 pm
After hike
On certain days we offer a special menu of small dishes when you return from your mountain hike.
In the evening we serve a 3 course set dinner based on the best local ingredients of the day. Please, remember to book a table the day before, at the latest.
Our restaurant is open for everyone on specific dates througout the summer. These dates are published on our Facebook page.
Dinner is served at 7 pm every evening. We always serve a 3 course set menu.
