On Lerholshøgden in Vang, Valdres, you will find Eldmølla, a very special sauna in a unique location – suspended over the waterfall in the wild Drøsja River.
To get there, you can choose between several alternative routes. The most spectacular hike goes straight up from the Lerhol farm and follows the old shortcut between the farm and the mountain pasture. The hike is manageable for most people but involves a bit of scrambling. Alternatively, you can take a slightly longer route from Sparstadodden via the fantastic viewpoint at Knappen, or follow the much easier mountain pasture road from Remmisåsen.
